Maximize Your Spa Show Experience
We want you to be satisfied with your health*beauty spa show experience.
This is a unique show that is very popular.
To avoid disappointment please keep the following in mind:
1. Treatments are very popular and the show is busy.
2. Come early for the best selection of treatments for less wait.
3. The afternoon is better if you have lots of time, or you are not picky
and will try anything that is open. We have plenty of treatments for all,
but the popular treatments have longer waits in the afternoon.
In summary, if you are in a hurry, or want a specific treatment come
EARLY, the earlier the better.
If you are not picky what you do, or have time
to spend several hours at the show come in the afternoon.
Remember treatment tickets are non-refundable,
but can be transferred or used another day.
Admission is good both days.
RULES:
1)The exhibitors are NOT allowed to give a listed sample treatment to
participants without a coupon from show management.
2) If you signed up online and got an e-mail coupon, for 3 sample treatments
for $10, the 3 treatments must be purchased at once with a maximum of 3
treatments per person with that offer all weekend and are NON
REFUNDABLE. Additional treatments may be purchased for $5 each.
If you want a guarantee of a certain treatment you want, you may pay
admission and wait to purchase your treatment tickets after you see what is
available and purchase the tickets for treatment(s) you want and no more.
3) Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, there are plenty of treatments to go
around, but the popular treatments may require a wait. You are welcome to
come back to the event with your hand stamped at no charge to redeem
your unused coupons on Sunday or later in the day.
4) Exhibitors may not accept money for sample treatments at their booth. 1
ticket will be collected for up to 10 minutes, some exhibitors may ask for 2
tickets up front if their treatment requires longer. Full service treatments
are available for purchase from some exhibitors for a discounted price, for
those that did not purchase sample tickets or wish longer treatments.
5) Only one sample treatment per attendee for each exhibitor offering a
sample.
6) You will only get one treatment sheet for the entire event when you first
enter. Use the card to keep track of where you have visited, popular
treatments will require you to present this card to show you have not visited
them yet.
7) Sample treatments are on a first come basis, expect a wait for more
popular treatments.
8) Each attendee may purchase up to 3 treatments the first time for $5 each,
if more than one treatment is purchased at one time, your admission ticket
will be ripped and you may only buy single treatments after your first
purchase of more than 1.
9) Keep your admit one ticket to purchase spa treatments, exhibitors will not
accept the admit one ticket for a spa treatment and you MUST have an admit
one ticket to purchase any sample treatments.
10) Make Sure you get your hand stamped to get back in the show;
admission is good all weekend with your stamped hand, you may use your
unused treatment tickets the following day.
11) Tickets will not be sold after 6 pm on Saturday or 4 pm on Sunday, please
allow time to use all your tickets before closing.
12) Participants must be at least 18 years old or with a parent or legal
guardian to participate in any sample spa treatments.

Any photos, video, or audio taken by management are the property of the
health*beauty spa show and participants' image or likeness can be used by
show management for any form of advertising or promotion. I have read
and understand the posted rules and requirements of participation in show
sample treatments, I am participating in the treatments at my own risk and
release and hold harmless Creative Edge Marketing & Event Management,
event sponsors, employees, volunteers, managers and exhibitors from all
liability, personnel injuries, losses or damage to property caused by, or
arising from participating in the event. I/we execute this waiver voluntarily
and with full knowledge of its significance.
